Penciling

As part of my process I like to scan an the original pencil drawing into Photoshop and change the color settings to a non-photo blue. This helps me in the inking process, it makes any mistakes less damaging and more importantly it enables me use other techniques without the worry of destroying my original work. After the drawing is ready I use a an Epson wide format printer to print directly on Bristol board. the blue lines are easily removed when rescanned. Now all i need is to ink the drawing and move on to the coloring process, which all handle in future posts.
